Attendance-Clocking System

I am using this handpunch system (see pix) for my company daily attendance clocking in. It is by a company call TIME ACCESS INTERNATIONAL. But their maintenance cost and servicing is very expensive.

Are there other companies in Singapore handing this kind of handpunch system?

mapleleaf, if u are looking at getting another co to service the same machine...chances are pretty slim cos most of these systems are proprietory and customized so its not possible to get another vendor to service it. only way to control costs is perhaps to sign their annual maintenance contracts instead of gettng adhoc servicings. another alternative is to get another machine....its pretty competitive outside so you might be able to find something thats more reasonable; ie machine costs + maintenance costs

Thanks, sszone and wt_know. but in the market, this is the only handpunch device. I suspect there are many other vendors handling this device, unless the current one is Sole Distributor.

I will see if any other bros can provide other feedback.
