I am keen on a Arquay Exhaust for the 335i but was quoted a discounted price of 3.6k. Is this the same one?

Hi all, quite confused over the following:

Saw this ad sell Muffler + cat back, then saw someone selling Muffler + mid pipe.

Full Cat + muffler or mid pipe + muffler give better performance?

will both of these pass lta inspection if muffler is lta approved?

arqray exhaust 320i E90

onli the muffler is LTA compliant.

The midpipe is the entire pipings from the cat, stretching from the engine bay area throughout the length of the car to the exhaust. This is not LTA compliant. But, how often does a BMW get stopped by the police anyway?

Perfomance wise, a full-catback system, meaning midpipe plus muffler will definitely give u more gains than just a muffler itself.

Want to mod don't worry too much. Inspection is in 3 yrs...keep your stock, if really afraid just change it back then go for inspection.

I am on Arqray, no regrets.

Actually BMW DO get stop by police doesn't matter what car, just depends how you drive :nehnehhh:

Ya man agreed! Wanna mod don scared! kekekeke anyways you are right, I did get stopped once before for my exhuast and plates......but I have cert and they gave me a chance for the plates hehehe

what I did was, install muffler, went for inspection, then installed midpipe. All done by the good pple at J4C, no problems at all.

No problem with police till now. more than 6mths liao.

I'm on e-race, resonators deleted, cross design mid pipes, soon to de-cat and tons of other exhaust mods....no fuss. Agree, if you fear inspection and TP hassle, then remain stock. Life's too short. As long as you don't FUKK up the electrics in your Bimmer, it's really no harm playing around abit.
