Anyone knows where to get Comfort Headrest for E60?

I have issues with the vibration of my passenger's headrest when the seat is empty. Basically there will be some "knocking" sound originating from the headrest... In addition, the headrest I had on my E60 is really useless, can't even touch it unless I lean my neck backwards..

I saw a 520i and a 530i with the comfort headrest.. so the question I am asking is, does anyone know where to get the headrest? This is the sample:
