Allow me to share with you some tips when I start searching for a car, if you don't mind.
1. 1 ownership of the car
2. Reasonable mileage clock, ie. 12 to15,000 km per year because extreme low mileage doesn't mean anything good if owner did not send for service at recommended interval. There was once i called a direct owner sales, car in extreme low mileage, i check when is his last servicing, he said 6 months back as he is not in town most of the time and seldom drive the car.
I did not bother to view the car after hearing that.
3. Always look out for servicing record. If you are looking for a 3 to 4 years old car, normally you can find the servicing records kept in their manual folder in the glove box. From there, you can verify immediately the servicng pattern and credibility of the shown mileage. For me, I rather not to commit to a car which previous owner not even bother to keep records of the car, no records, no deal.
4. Lay down additional accessories or mod that is a must to come with the car, the lesser the acc or mod, the more cars you can choose from.
5. Start to look for one, no hurry is the DIE DIE MUST OBSERVE RULE.

Good luck to you...
