Anyone here driving an //M5?

A friend of mine intend to sell off his Porsche and probably to get an M5 :woowooo:

He has asked what is good n not good abt the M-car. Obviously he asked the wrong BENG :screwedu: but nevertheless since I have some 'business dealings' with him, I cant look stupid also :nehnehhh:

Anyone? So maybe we can talk off line or something like that. TIA

ouch!!! wonder why your friend wants to get rid off a fab machine like the Porsche ...

But, to answer your question -

Good - what's not to like? seats 4 in comfort, is freakin' fast & above all, as like all beemers, is designed with the driver in mind ... a pure driver's car.

Bad - heavy fuel consumption. the real reason for this is that once tried, it's virtually impossible to drive in anything but the "M"aniacal mode. Also, it's not really a track car, a bit tail happy, naturally. But then this is expected as it IS a sedan.

Overall, I really like this car. But unlike your friend, I wouldn't replace a Porsche with anything ... my two cents' worth ...
