Honestly, I am curious to know where they pull the stats from "95% owner-occupied homes will enjoy tax savings" - KNNCCB. And this has nothing to do with FTs. CCB!!!!

The more I look at the damn leaflet, the madder I get.

Haven't heard of any as yet. All my family members' property tax has increased. So did my friends'. My father was just asking me how come the valuation increased for his properties.... hahah

I hate it when they sugar-coat & bullshit you with statistics, when it's obviously NOT the case. Just like how ERP is "expected to ease congestion along the CTE" - HOW?!?!?!
