Any difference between 330CIM and 330 CI SMG

Is there any difference3 between these 2 models? I am new to BMW.Thank You for your feedback..

One is manual and the other one is SMG (Sequential Manual Gearbox)??

That's just a normal coupe with m3 fenders and dual exhaust tips...

I actually test drove that 330 CI Manual, very nicely modded, worth the price, the owner is pretty nice guy and quite alot was done for the car, would have changed to that except that my wife couldnt except the lack of 2 door. but if u are looking for 330 CI this would be a steal in my opinion.
