Hi All,

I thought that all BMWs are installed with OEM anti-roll bars? If so, why do we need to install or change to after market ones? What are the advantages?

Dun be lazy, do a search! Plenty of info on ARB in the forum!!

Bro,

He is just asking a very legitimate question la, don have to be so harsh ma... :)

Anyway to answer that question, it's true that our car comes with ARB but if u understand, ARB is a torsion bar and increasing the thickness of the bar will increase the stiffness, resulting in a more stable ride when sweeping corners..

The stiffness may be calculated using (pie)Dto the power of 4/64

The part number for the electric fan unit is right in frt of the engine, rught under the Vanos unit... I have attempted 3 tries but failed to see the part number..

Anyway, from the ETK, it should be 17 11 7 525 508. U have the ETK, should be able to confirm it right ? :whattheh:
