Overheard at my condo (it's a very small estate) - my Angmo neighbours complaining about Singapore again...

Chao Angmo: "Sigh, it's getting harder and harder, y'know, to find a decent barber in Singapore"

3rd Tier Economic Refugee from Angmoland: "Yeah, mate, I know exactly what you mean. Just the other day, some local butcher mangled my mop and just couldn't get a handle on it."

Chao Angmo: "Looks like I'll have no other choice but to head back to Truefitt & Hill to get my hair cut from now on"

3rd Tier Economic Refugee from Angmoland: "Indeed. At least we Brits get the job done right, when a job needs doing yeah?"

Both Angmos laugh and thump each other on the back with self-congratulatory slaps.

From my limited knowledge, usually...
Small Condo = Boutique Condo with 8-50 units.
Big Condo = Condo with >50 units.

Small Condo = Boutique Condo with 8-50 units.
Big Condo = Condo with >50 units.

URA say oni got 2 resi high types: apartments n condos.

Apts means not full facility. Condo means full facility. lol

so when say condo means at least swimming pool n tennis crt. water feature not counted lol
