Angel Eyes Selling at Autobacs for E46

Hi all,

I am a new owner for a E46FL. Am looking for angel eyes to go with the headlamps.

Saw some selling at Autobacs for 70+++ without installation.

Are those the correct ones?

Reason I am asking is that it seems that my headlamps are big for dip and small for high beams... it could be parallax error....

Anyone can help ?

First you need to know what kind of headlamp are you using, HID or projector (halogen bulb)? Then source for the corresponding Angel eyes. Cheers, bro.

Mine is the halogen type.

I am just not sure of the diameter.

For halogen ones, i think the diameter are the same. Here are mine

I heard from some mechs that it requires special tools to open the headlamp assembly and it's a MAJOR job....

never reply to this until someone posted. Anyway, bought the parts at Eng Soon and got it fixed at Juzz 4 cars. I tried fixing myself initially but got too scared after chipping off a clip. Ha. Its nothing major at all. I managed to open up the headlamp lens but didn't know where to put the ballast and connect the wires permanently. I didn't use any special tools..

Price wise, i got it at ~$130-170, labour around $80

Dear all,

I was looking for demon eyes which was the original ones that comes with 5er. Orange. I like that fiery look. However got the 7000k from a bro here vic for 90.

Took it to M&Q which is listed in the resources. They did a great job. Thought no remote feature but that could be easily improvised from what I read. Now I have a 7000k eyes and stock orange bulb. Hehe.

Will be doing the remote soon. As that is the only time the owner can appreciate where the 200 bucks went....

Do let me know where and how much to do remote when you have it done.
I ask J4C to help to do but they say they never do before and not advisable. Wonder how true... I see some bros here have the remote function and it looks damn cool!
