Need some help here. I'm trying to replace the oem angel eye light for my e60. But I simply cannot twist out the oem bulb from the housing (even with spanner used). Anybody can advise? Thanks in advance!

Hi bro,

I am sure due to the heat that has melted your rubber seals...therefore stick together...you may have to twist em till they crack apart..but be careful not to let the pieces get into your lens..

Tried that before...=)

Re: Angel Eye Installation

I pulled out the whole headlight when I changed the xenon bulbs. I'm not sure if that was necessary but I did it.

I also took out the bulb for the angel eyes and believe me; even with the whole headlight out and with loads of working space, it was rather difficult to feel around inside the assembly where its located. Took me a good half an hour to fit the bulb back in.

Very frankly, I'd do it all again if the bulbs were priced to sell and easily obtainable locally.
