Hi there newbie here.

2nd Beemer ever in my life - first one was a 4 year used E34 530i as a final year student in UK cos I knew I wasn;t going to be able to afford another one for at least 10 years after coming back to Singapore. Its 10 years now - so I just bought a E24 628CSI as a 2nd car

Looking to do a series of upgrades after recent paint and leather restoration. Any advice?

Hi Markus. Welcome to the forum.Nice choice of car. I don't think there are many E24 owners here. "Keep it original" is the only advice I can offer, for a classic such as your 628.

Yeah keeping it original. Looking for new set of head and tail light covers tho - any suggestions? Also, thinking of swopping of daily ride. Would you guys suggest the 523i which can be upgraded and imho feels more composed or the A6 2.0TFSI. Both currently having very tempting offers .....
