Just upgraded my wheels to 19" with new tires, staggered setup and tire balancing was done. It was 18" rims and non-staggered. Any requirement to do alignment? or any other changes I have to make?

for $60, you get peace of mind in case any out of alignment causes uneven wear
.... just do it!

thanks for the inputs. did the alignment today.

Cheers

Actually change rims and tyres no need alignment. Alignment is required if you fix coilovers, swaybars etc... And alignment no need to keep doing unless you travel often on uneven roads or kena pot holes...

Anyway no harm doing it if you have the $$ and time. :)

thanks for the inputs. some minor adjustments had to be done during the alignment, so I guess it does have some 'value' to it.

Re: Alignment after rims and tire change?

Averagely for a owner tat take care of their ride, they will have the alignment do up @ 20 000km to 30 000km usage (interval)
Tire rotation @ every 8000km to 10 000km usage (interval) Staggered setup every 6000km usage (interval) = left to right only. (front & back) for even tire wear.

Replacing of stock wheels to after market wheels need not necessary do alignment.

Cheers ~~ :)

Mine is running on CSC5 tyres, do you know if the left-right change is possible?

CSC5 are Outisde / inside setup thus no problem...

Tires are Outside / inside setup (non rotational type) you are able to rotate it front & rear or cross rotate front & rear. Rotational type of tires, you are only able to rotate left front with left rear, right front with right rear. This is basing on all 4 tires are of the same size.

Staggered setup (eg: front 235/35/R19 & rear 265/30/R19) you can only rotate Front left to right, Rear left to right (basing on non rotational type) Rotational type of tires not able to & mainly ppl will just drive on till time to replace it. (normally front will wear off 1st)

Cheers ~~ :)
