Aircon takes few mins to blow cold air

The aircon of my 2AT takes 3 to 5 minutes before can feel cold air blowing. Aircon is set to 21 degree with auto off. Has anyone encountered similar issue?

Sounds like low gas level. Went to codewerx they checked for me and topped up. Was like 50+
