Aircon Issue?

Hi,

Had encounter this twice. Seeking info on this.

Started my car and found out that Air-con is not working.

1. Blowing hot air to the feet area and rear seat area, no air through the front outlet.

2. Back defroster indicator light and air-con indicator light are blinking.

May I know what is the issue?

Update:

Sent my car back to PML for checks. Did reprogramming for Air conditioning and continue to monitor.

Was it a cold start or did you restart a few mins after shutting down the engine?

Not really cold start. After 2-3 hrs break.
