hi guy, i am driving e92 m3.

every time when i start up my car, my air-con gives off a smell.
anyone with the same problem??

I think you just need to change the air-cond filter. Get the charcoal filter.

From experience, changing the filter won't help. It's more to do with your habits. You should always set your aircon to auto circulation. Drawing air from outside helps prevent mould, which is what is causing that foul smell. I know it also brings in rubbish truck and nasty exhaust smell, which is why u set it to auto. It closes the inlet vent when it detects nasty stuffs. I used to drive with in cabin circulation only and had that nasty smell over time. Changing filter didn't help.
