Aerospace Discount??

Reading today's papers, i just cant help but ponder if those 100+ units sold under aerospace were actually told "upfront" abt the missing items. Take example the 523: List price is now 175k but I dont think it takes much hard bargaining to get it at 168k. Some have gotten it lower in fact with no missing items. I wouldnt be surprised that after the article, many unassuming customers will be banging table about the shortfall.

Re: Aerospace Discount??

A fren of mine booked one and paid $150K+ (can't remember exactly how much), so I don't think the price quoted in today's report is a good representation.

Re: Aerospace Discount??

I think for the Aerospace cars, a discount of 15% off discount price should be the norm, since you have to remember you are essentially getiing a used car!
So if discount price is 168K, a 15% off again will be around 151K, and that will sound just about right. Must act cool when you wanna bargain, and act like as if you could wait out and get a better deal elsewhere!

Re: Aerospace Discount??

The price tag at the show room was $161k. If there is no room for further discount, then there's no real discount afterall.

If the deal price was $150+ , then thats understandable.

Re: Aerospace Discount??

I called one of the SE today at PML. She mentioned that the aerospace 523i is of lower specification. Example, 16" rims and etc...

So check with the sales person. Also the price is S$161K...

Cheers.
