Hi guys,
Wondering if any of you could help me here - scratched my front right wheel arch and bumper against a white wall and hence there is white paint stuck on my car's paint. The scratchs on the wheel arch are deeper and can see the yellow paint below the original paint on some spots.
Does that mean that polishing will not get rid of all the scratches?
I called a Spray Paint Shop and the person quoted me $300/400+ as he told me that he would need to spray the whole fender and bumper. Is this reasonable? Will also take 3-4 days to do it. Don't mind doing respraying if it's really needed (to prevent rust) but don't want to be slaughtered just because it is a Beemer.
Also called PML and they offered to touch up for free. Is this good enough?
What do you guys out there think? Your expertise here is much appreciated, thanks for taking the time to look at this.
Cheers!
