Hi Bros,
Need some advise here.
My other ride, VW Jetta, was being kissed badly from the back by a 520i. Physical structure damage was quite bad at the bad and also front, as the impact also cause my car to move forward and hit the car in front. All cars were already stationary and the 520i obviously was not paying attention and did not stop.
1. The 520i driver admitted his fault and prepare to claim under his 3rd party, including the other car in front which we hit after our car move forward from the impact.
2. All photos/videos, particulars taken down.
There are no bodily injury to anyone, and no government property was damaged. Do we need to make any police report ?
What should the next step be ? Was told that we should bring the car (still drivable) back to VW where they will access the damage and advise us on the 3rd party claim procedure.
I guess this should be straightforward, but just want to make sure I didn't miss out anything or any tips our bros here can advise.
Thanks in advance.
