Advice: Shuddering at ~80kmh and 1700rpm

Hi folks,

I've noticed that my engine shudders slightly (very faint, sometimes I think its just rough road) when I am cruising at 1700rpm at higher speeds (80kmh?).

I drive a e90 320 (8 years old), with lowering springs (springs installed by previous owner were very soft so the wheels do knock onto the body sometimes)

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be the cause? I'm going to bring to a WS to have a look when I have time, but some ideas might be useful so I don't go in blind (on that note, any recommendations as to which WS might be best to visit?)
