Advice pls, PML still owe me...

1) some items(freebies) as stated in purchase agreement
2) insurance still not done( sime Darby ins brokers)
3) refund of road tax( from scrapping of old car)

it's been more than a month since I've collected
my ride. Sigh... Quite tired of calling and calling.

You should have the cover note when you collect your car. My insurance cert came slightly after one month.

Did you have the refund of road tax stated in your sales agreement? I did not....sigh....

Yep, fortunately remembered to add this in the VSA. Well, looks like no choice just to continue chasing and start escalation.

I called MSIG myself to chase, and they in turn chased Sime Ins. The SE will only chase Sime, and internally things may not move very fast......

you only have case on freebies i would say...
insurance cover note should already been released otherwise you can't pay road tax. the document will take some time.

i think road tax refund is LTA issue... LTA is the one who will be sending you the check directly.
