Advice on tuning or exhaust or changing of parts first ?

Hi I need advice on which to do first on a 528i so these are what I want to do.

- jb4 tuning
- change of charge pipe , down pipe and mid pipe
- exhaust system

Which one of the 3 should I do first ?

And am I doing too much to the car, cause I don't want to overdo it.

You should do JB4 last. Its not really overdoing but note: changing down pipe is not LTA friendly.
