I have checked the insurance, i cant claim for glass scratches. Only breakages and chips. Darn!

Can the scratches be polished out?

Is it costly to replace the window?

But seriously, if you wish to claim..... you may want to consider something a little more drastic

I don't think glass be polished out so easily, replacement would be pretty expensive as well.

try chipsaway ...they can repair cracks mebbe the same compound can cure scratches too
