ABS Indicator

Hi,

After you have stepped on the brakes hard, and the ABS kicks in (felt through the pedal vibration), does the ABS indicator on the dashboard light up? I just changed my brake discs+pads, and I don't see the ABS light up while braking. I can't remember if it did in the past either. Thanks

I was told it won't light up.

Okay -- edit: if traction control (ASC/DSC) kicks in, then the triangle symbol should light up. Not sure about ABS though.

ABS does not light up when activated, only feel the pulsation.
emiffy is right, the traction control triangle does light up when it kicks in

when the abs light comes on, its not a good sign...... my did, and i had to replace the ABS control module.....
