A qns on 1989 520I

Hi guys, i am new here. got a qns on my uncle old BMW, the problem that my uncle facing is the pick up got not much power issit the power supply not enough? or what? does anyone suffer from this pro too? hmM...

I am looking to upgrade and mod this car to boost it up... heehee!
