A newbie in need of good valuable ride

Hi there! A newbie here I am introducing myself to all!

This is a great place with lotsa good information for a potential new beemer owner. I have been looking high and low for a valuable E60 age 3 years or less ride for the past 1 month, but to no avail Yes I have checked out the classified sections, but so far no fate.......Would prefer to deal direct as I just cant bring myself to believe the words of the used car dealer.

Do let me know if you have any good lobangs k, and I look forward to meeting up with you guys in my ride!

Welcome and hope you find your ride soon...

Its ok to buy from dealers... just exercise discretion... be sure to differentiate between puffs and representation. Even the dealers cannot make out he differences.

i.e: this car is well maintained. (Puff) This car has been maintained by agent and has full service records. (Representation)

I agree with you totally! I have always insisted on full service records whenever I view cars by dealers, as usual, some will give very innovative reasons for not having it.

i.e " eh wait ah, its in the room, i will retrieve it for you later; oooohhh the sales person just went out, the records are with him; no need service records la, i GUARANTEED you its well maintain and accident free; u see service records for wat?! nowadays nobody does tat liao!"
