95 vs 98 any different on F10?

Do you use 95 and 98 petrol and see any difference in FC or power?

Have been using 98 and thinking of switching to 95.

Drive BMW still think about RON 95 vs RON 98. Should buy Lexus instead.

The diff in term of $$ is $9.3 for a tank of 70L.

Like that mix 95 with vpower better.
Should be 97.5 liao

Not sure. I did not try. Been alternating between 98 and v power. However, I tried 95 vs 98 on my harrier though. FC is better w the 98 and ride is better w 98. More power. Personally speaking, you can try 95 and see the difference. If 98 is better, stick to 98. You spent a bomb on the f10, all the more you should enjoy the ride.

Disagree.... Very obvious drop in power when u use 95. Once on 98, you can feel visible difference in terms of responsiveness...

Your car high mileage ? Or your ride has a tune with an aggressive timing ? Turbo application ?

Higher RON prevents detonation.

Depending on your engine and software - Higher RON don't make power. Lower RON doesn't mean would lose power either.

Additives to make your drive feel better which depends on the brand - e.g Spc 98 vs Vpower is a different topic

Bmw said minimum 95, but do dyno on 98.

Don't need think also know 98 confirm better, especially in our hot weather.

Switched to vpower recently after 3.5 years with 98. Much more responsive.....cannot imagine the feel with 95.
