you know something, I totally agree with you and I have on many accounts mistook the Tuscani for the 6er. You can only tell once you're up close that ...darn! This one's not worth pokin' ...!

None, except that once you get it, you're supposed to let the admin of this forum test drive it for you. Because of reasons unknown.
Okay, seriously speaking. I don't think you can find any 645 owners on this board.
HOWEVER, you may wish to base on your research on the roadfly forums.
Hope this link helps! http://bimmer.roadfly.org/bmw/forums/e63/
Seems like there's plenty of potentials & owners alike.
:shhhh: nothing wrong in that... :shhhh:HungryM3 said:ryan said:As far as i know..

i am not driving one yet. however while chatting with my regular PML CSA, they mentioned that out of 100 odd cars sold so far none or very limited coming back to workshop. Taking it with pinch of salt, the 6 probably have less problem compare to the e60 (5 series).

Hi there
Looks like the urge to continue driving a powerful ride is still in ur blood hahaha...
Ok, I dont own a 6er but I hv test driven once when it was first launched sometime mid last year.
Just like you, I hv grown to like the 6er and looking fwd to the new release of the M6( not that I am goin to buy :laughlik: )..
Have u test driven that car yet?
If not, this is what I think...
It's a great and very fast GT cruiser, super smooth V8 valvetronic engine with enormous torque (think 450Nm vs M3's 365 Nm :verysad: ) but power output is slightly less.
I have a good friend driivng one and so far he hasnt encountered any problem.
If u intend to get one, get the SMG version.
Gd Luck
HungryM3 said:yeah but then the total number of 6 series sold is prob a small percentage of the number of 5 series sold. i see many 5 series in one day compared to 0-1 6 series. So i'm sure it's not really a true picture when they say very limited are coming back haha... it's all a marketing gimmick. EVERYTHING is..regardless i love how the 6 series seem to be more exclusive than the 5 right now.
So i suppose with that said.. at least there arent any major known issues with the 6 that anyone is aware of, like in the M3s, the blowing of engines for nov build stuff like that..
