Re: 6 vs z4

Z4 good for show in Singapore; for the young and trendy. 6 good for cruising long distance, especially up North; for the established and successful.

If show in JB, can do it only once... after that, gone!

For me, would take the 6 over the Z4 any time. The 6 is a far more practical coupe than the Z4.

Re: 6 vs z4

I would love a 630i in 3 years' time, when the kids are in secondary school and beyond. Now need my E60 for the space and comfort.

Went to try a 630i at PPSL that day, was quite surprised that the cabin and boot are rather small compared with the E60. A bit disappointed with the lack of headroom, even with the seat adjusted all the way down (on the E60, my seat is set at its upper most position and there is 4" of headroom). The huge sunroof is a beauty though. For my height, the sitting position would be rather low which I don't prefer. Leg room for the rear seat is also quite little, about 8" from the back of the front seat (the E60 has about 12"). Guess I can't expect the comfort of a sedan when considering a coupe.

Z4 not for me lah, bro; I no longer young and trendy liao. So only hoping for a 4 yrs old E63 in 3 yrs' time. Hope my 4 yrs old E60 can last another 3 yrs (80-100K km) without burning a big hole in my wallet.

Old model, E63, early-2010 I think. Can't remember exactly how much but think more than 200K.
