528i Urgent Help Needed

Hi all Shifus

I had just collected .y used 528i recently n once i start my car..i saw this code on my display which reads " Service Due since 01/2000" what im confuse is, my car is a 2012 model..how can it be that the service due is in year 2000. I had went online n saw the way the change the servuce check date to 2019 and it doesnt help. I had also learn online to do the reset from the press n hold of Odometer button. But the reset was stated Unsuccessful. Any shifus here know what is wro g with my car? Or know how to reset...pls help..thk u all in advance.

it happened to my 2012 535i after I sent it in for doubting (routine) service in Pml but fortunately the car still under warranty n they (madchanics) reset it to normal. just a reset for my car, Hope that help you. Thank you
