523 high line or e250 avantgarde

Guys, need help. New e250 damn sweet with cool 18 inch rims n s class integrated twin exhaust as standard. Px is 236k bm vs 255k merc. Omv 43k bm vs 55k merc. Passenger prefer merc due to space, driver (me) am confused, both drive similar to me. Bm se claims all says inline 6 smoother than inline 4 but 0-100 e class much better. Please advise for those who test drove both.

This pairing is skewed. Other than driver's feel, I would be inclined to say in every other aspects - exterior, interior, price/OMV valuation - your heart and mind are slanted towards the E250 ......

Not really slanted to e250, like 523 looks too, also like pml interest rates. But interior space merc really spacious. How would u choose sir?

But I can't really feel the difference, maybe I dunnoe how to test drive or maybe I test drove each only once. How come merc 0-100 is 7.8 vs BMW 523 8.5, I knows weight plays a part too

ok, my take is both variants are great car..................so go with your heart....
Probably Merc got turbo that's why faster..................
work out your pros and cons then see which variant suit your lifestyle.......
if wife happy with Merc.......then i supposed wife happy you happy too.....then the answer is Merc..........

I never knoew E250 is 255K... this is before discount ?

I test drove A6 2.0T.... nothing beats 6 cyl smoothness.

Since both are day-to-day rides - rather than a 535 vs E350 decision - I will give more weightage to ride comfort, interior, space, wow-factor and what not. One issue to note after so many years in this forum - all stock BMWs (except the Ms) must mod a bit to look pleasing..... just attend the meetup and see for yourself.

If I were to choose between a 535 vs an E350, I will pick the 535.

Oh btw the body kit cost around 8-9k I think sticker is good enough!

For 523 My se which was assigned to me never specifically tell me how much overtrade, he just gave me a trade in price for my Honda stream n says overtrade included which I feel it is 10k lower overall from what I am able to sell.. hmmmmm
The 236k was derived after 18k discount from selling price of 254k.

For merc 255k is nett for selling no discount, but overtrade 12k plus 6k service credit which can convert to overtrade as well.

This is the px I get n I truthfully share with all, hope all members are able to share the px more openly for benefits of each other. Do not believe se saying that this is the bestest deal for u n u only, if u say out he will get into trouble, he probably tell this to all he is selling no?
