318IA help needed !

Hi guys I am getting a silver 1991 E36 318IA with a couple of know problems. Anyone has any advice on where to get the work done cheaply ?

1. Rear Power windows not working
2. Right fog Lamp not working
3. Head unit display not working
4. General Service required
5. Brakes spongy
6. Door panels loose, panel housing the seatbelt is cracked badly

Any advice is greatly appreciated thanks guys !

U can look for Ah Mun (91451151) from Zen Auto @ 30 Kaki Bukit Road 3 #01-12. Call him first b/f u go down. Price is reasonable. Hope that there is no other major problems for your ride.

knock off your buying price these items that needs repairing or replacing.
if price is not to your expectation, might as well get another one. there are alot of e36 on resale

U can also talk 2 ur car dealer to sent the car down 2 Zen Auto 2 ask Ah Mun 2 do a check 4 u before buying the car. (ask dealer to pay 4 all repair if any)
