316 IA E46 : Potential Pre-owned issues?

Dear all,

I am currently viewing a pre-owned BMW 316 IA E46 (about 10 years old with very low mileage).

Are there any advice with regards to a pre-owned BMW that is about 10 years old but with low mileage?

Also, is there any consideration when sending the car for maintenance? how much will each visit to the workshop cost (outside of PML)?

Would appreciate any advice or opinions.
