Hello Guys..

I will be collecting my 730Li tomorrow.. It's a 2012 model with 27,000km done. PML Unit still under warranty..

Would like to ask whether anything to take note of.. e.g any common problems known with this model?

Not sure on the car model but I can share about the following :

- N55 engine so far seems to be less problematic than it's predecessor but do note that the HPFP issues have not been resolved completely yet and the engine is quite prone to carbon buildup

- don't worry about Zf 8 spd gearbox . It's pretty durable

730 is N52 engine.
If N55 is less problematic, I would say N52 is problem free.
Anyway, since TS is collecting car tmr, there is nothing much to take note of by now except to congrat him which I feel that's the purpose of his post.

Not sure on the car model but I can share about the following :

Haha.. Thanks man.. actually mine is the Pre LCI version.. 6 speed only.. but nevertheless... was a smooth drive..

hahaha.. boss.. what I meant is.. for this engine or this model.. is there any known problems? tomorrow will be bringing it to PML anyway.. wanna do a full check..

I get 550km on Shell V-Power.. Is it too little?

Try Esso 98 . I don't drive a 730 but I generally get better mileage on Esso rather than V power shell .

Try Esso 98 . I don't drive a 730 but I generally get better mileage on Esso rather than V power shell .

98 I don't get good mileage on Esso.. I get better from Caltex.. Mmmm..
