i dunno if its a 135..but its a 1 series..

YES..i have been seeing cars for 17years..im not wrong..but im just not sure if its a 125 or 135..

most parts of the 1 Series comes from the 3 Series...
also its prep for 'collisions'...don't mind...gf quite violent...100km/h is cruising speed for her even in the Jazz...brrr

Just curious, why even bother with the 1 series? To compete with Mini sales?

IMO, the shape's kinda odd. Looks like a squished 3er from side. No doubt the performance will be stunning but then again.....

for gf/wife whom like the mini...but let bf/hubby psycho psycho...

performance wise its better mah...no 'lag'...

just rem...past few years quite a few ladies while in my car have gone "kawaii..."...remarked the mini is so cute nice blah blah blah in Singapore and abroad when they see one...really appealing huh

also for ppl who feel the current 3 series has gotten too big and yearn for a compact nimble sports-coupe like the old BMWs.. 2002, E21, E30-ish type

I agree.... test drove the 116i at PI, felt really snug, tight and good, handling is great even with a 1.6L
test drive teh 320i, felt good still, but it gave me a "fat around the waist" kinda feeling...

guess coz I am too used to driving nimble hatches.....
