just to inform all that some 1 Series owners will have our first Un-official meet up on this date/time/place:-

- Monday 9th June
- 7pm
- Kallang MacDonalds Car-park

any 1 series owners here do join us...others are welcome too!!

Just thought that i'll up a pic that i took outside thumper last weekend.

its an AW bmw m3 cabrio beside my AW 120i cabrio...

Tho the insides of our rides are radically different, but I feel that BMW's design language flows through , even though the M3 is the previous facelift.

I must say that they both look great side by side... err almost, except for the toyota between them....

Nice pic!

Also shows how the marketing/product boffins at BMW have done it - by slowly but surely increasing the size of the 3-series, they have made it large enough to squeeze a new series into the product range - see how there isn't much of the size diff between the two cars from different generations!
