seriously speaking, most ppl cant tell the difference. the latter ones has more steering feel and less assistance. the ratio is also shorter.

as for suspension, many ppl change to aftermarket anyway so it doesnt matter whether the stock suspension was better than the pre-facelift.

in my opinion since there's no sheetmetal facelift, go for the unit that makes financial sense.

Got the 320cab abt a year back and never look back. The 320's 6-cyl is smooth and sweet sounding. Racebred is right - just get one that make financial sense. It is unlikely that you will find one with all the niceties that you want.
