Re: F10 - Misfire on engine
So it is:
1. Workshop confirmed piston gone because of KS piggyback, workshop later said could not be KS piggyback cos car should goes into limp mode; OR
2. TS (himself) confirmed piston gone because of KS piggyback, workshop later said could not be KS piggyback...
Re: F10 - Misfire on engine
Why is the changing of ECU necessary?
Till this point of time, there is still no concrete prove to pinpoint the cause to the piggyback.
Re: F10 - Misfire on engine
Thank you for the info. It will be helpful.
For your car, is it a case of misfiring caused by faulty coils/plugs or need engine overhaul?
Re: F10 - Misfire on engine
Kindly provide more details as investigation is ongoing as we type.
Which model of car?
When was it installed?
Where was it installed?
Bought new or used?
Re: F10 - Misfire on engine
So I see, TS said so, not Juzz, right?
And so this sentence means? "It is like the claim and denial comes from the same place, just my opinion as a reader."
Re: Feedback on car battery
It is a good battery. That is the Hoppecke's retail price.
Battery lifespan depends on usage, quite difficult to gauge how long a battery can last.
Re: Feedback on car battery
Please do not be mistaken. The situation is: diagnostics is required beforehand as the problem(s) is not confirmed. If it is straightforward a problem of flat battery, then replacing battery does not need diagnostics.
