Ok, there is some problem with my aircon. I own a 2007 730LI. It only blows air at 1 temperature and changing any of the thermostat knobs does not change the temperature. The mechanic says that the car heater (one of the few Singapore models to use heaters) is faulty. How our 7-series...

Anyone installed one? Where and how much? I was quoted $800 by 1 mechanic, and looking for anywhere cheaper. Appreciate it!

Manual says minimum is 89 Octane. So i suppose its ok to pump 92? Is there really any difference? I've friends who say that it is all marketing gimmick and the octane levels do not matter. What do you guys think and pump?

Re: Tips On Filling Up Your Petrol Tank there are some who say about pumping when half-tank due fumes escaping is bull-sh*t. not sure who to believe. but anyway, i usually pump to half-tank so i'm not lugging a fuil load of fuel all the time.

Re: 730li e66 probs just purchased a 2007 730li too. After I park the car and turn on the parking brakes, I turn off the engine and then there is a slight jerk. Seems as though the brakes are finally engaging or something like that. Anyone experienced this?
