Re: Headlight Problem I think you first need to rule-out a simple bulb problem before going on to wiring. Did you change/mod any bulbs lately? If wiring problem need to get it corrected ASAP as could be a fire risk.

Re: Is it normal? Leaking valve seals may not have any external signs only excessive oil consumption which can be detected by checking exhaust pipe. Rod checked and couldn't find any external leakage so he changed the valve seals and so far so good.

Re: what is the service light for? Is that warning light specifically for low fluid or does it also come on after a certain no. of km/time since the last service? I think that in most cases we should be renewing brake fluid not because its low but because after a while it loses performance...

Re: Idling rpm for e90. Post and compare. I think what he might mean is that the higher idling every time the compressor kicks in may be a sign that compressor is weak and therefore have to work harder thus in turn causing the higher idling. Not sure if I'm making any sense (?) :ehhh:

Re: Idling rpm for e90. Post and compare. At 800 rpm, FC would be higher, another possibility would be set the constant at idling at 720-750 which is what the default is with a/c on.
