Mansory’s 838 Hp BMW M5 Pairs Carbon Swagger With Brute Pace

Mansory has aimed its carbon craft at BMW’s latest G90 M5, turning the already potent hybrid saloon into a louder, leaner statement piece. The tuner’s treatment sharpens the stance and elevates presence without tipping into parody, giving the M5 a bolder edge while preserving its long-legged motorway composure.

The bodywork gets a barrage of exposed carbon fibre: a deeper front splitter, a reprofiled lower grille surround, mirror caps, extended side skirts and trim around the Hofmeister kink. The bonnet becomes the visual anchor, remaining body-coloured but cut through with assertive carbon vents. Filling the arches are 22-inch alloys, and the rear is dominated by a centre-exit triple exhaust that replaces the factory quads for a track-leaning, unmistakably bespoke finish.

Inside, Mansory swaps understatement for contrast. Bright blue leather sweeps across the seats and door panels, meeting rich black hides and precise stitching. It’s a bold palette, yet the execution feels cohesive, with materials and fit that match the M5’s premium brief rather than merely chasing spectacle.

The real headline sits under that vented bonnet. The 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 hybrid climbs from 717 hp and 737 lb ft to 838 hp and 848 lb ft, still feeding an eight-speed transmission and xDrive to put the extra shove down cleanly. The result is harder in-gear pull and deeper high-speed reserves, turning this Mansory-massaged M5 into a road-disciplined missile with carbon-laced character to match its numbers.
