Videos – BMW Concept Active Tourer

BMW revealed the all-new BMW Active Tourer with front-wheel drive today. This is the German automaker’s first ever front-wheel drive vehicle. Looking like a minivan, the concept will be making its debut at the Paris Auto Show in two weeks time. The concept uses a plug-in hybrid platform with the eDrive architecture paired with new a 3-cylinder 1.5 liter gasoline engine, delivering a total power output of 140 kW/190bhp and 0 to 100km/h in less than 8 seconds. Top speed is limited to 200 km/h. Developed under the EfficientDynamics program, the fuel consumption is only 60 g/km CO2. The dimensions of the car are as following: 4353mm length, 1834mm wide, 1560mm height, 2670mm wheelbase.
