Road and Track’s photographer Brenda Priddy, has photographed the interior of the 2012 BMW 6 Series for the first time.

Based on this photo, we can say that a lot of design cues are inherited from the new 5 Series and 7 Series like the steering wheel, central dashboard, and instrument clusters. The major difference is that the iDrive’s LCD system is placed in an upright position on top of the dashboard, and not built-in on the dash itself.

The new 2012 BMW 6 Series convertible will be launched at the upcoming Paris Motor Show.
