BMW is commemorating its 50th anniversary with a special exhibition at its museum. Watch a video tour of the BMW exhibit here.

They put up quite a show to commemorate BMW M Division’s 50th mark. The exhibition started on May 24 and will continue for the rest of this year. This video takes us on a tour of the various BMW gems gathered in one place.

BMW prepared something for everyone, regardless of their tastes. Some highlights include the iconic M8 E31 prototype and the new M4 CSL. The mid-engined M1 completes the celebration. Some of the company’s most notable race cars in its history also made remarkable appearances.

The display includes the first bespoke M car, the M1 Hommage concept from 2008. Also, the stunning 3.0 CSL Hommage R and the Vision M Next were there. These three cars give us hope for the highly awaited M4-based 3.0 CSL. Specifically, we hope that its coach-built body will look gorgeous on its debut before the year ends.

Further discussion on cars that never made it to production. The BMW Turbo from 1972 spreads its gullwing doors at the exhibit. It totally stole the spotlight away from a few significant race cars.

Interestingly, the video tour also features the extra-long L7 by Karl Lagerfeld. It looks amazing in Chestnut Brown Metallic over Gold Orange Metallic exterior paint.

BMW also presented the elusive E34 M5 Convertible. It came with the legendary X5 Le Mans packed with its V12 engine. The 21-minute video tour also concludes with a peachy-colored Z3 roadster. It demonstrates the M division’s excellent exhibition

Do not worry if you cannot go to the BMW museum in person to celebrate. Instead, you can watch a video tour of the BMW exhibit that has all the good stuff covered, like this one!
