The latest BMW M3 and M4 models are about to hit showroom floors in almost every country. The first reviews are expected on March 9. We can’t wait to share our thoughts since many have already been saying about them. In the meantime, let’s check out what German tuner Manhart has put together for us. These are not actual cars. It is an Illustrations created by the company to give customers a taste of what’s to come as soon as they get their hands on them.
The parts you see here are currently in development and will be available at a later date. As usual, Manhart will be working on the G80 M3 and G82 M4. The front and back will get massive aero parts and most likely made entirely of carbon fiber. The new splitter up front, a unique collection of side skirts, and a new rear diffuser (which might be a whole new rear bumper) are visible.
We won’t even mention the wheels because they’ve already been suggested. The tuner is working on some amazing improvements, specifically on the technical side, which is based on their previous work with the S58 engine on the X3 M. The power output of the standard M3 and M4 models will be increased to 590 horsepower. The Competition models will be increased from 510 to 620 horsepower. Given that the latter has all-wheel drive as well, things should be moving at a breakneck pace.
A Stage 2 and a new exhaust system for both models are also reportedly in the works, and an update will be announced later. For the time being, there is no official information on the specifications of that particular kit. But with what we’ve seen from Manhart in the past, insane power figures might be on the way.
