In late 2022, BMW M Motorsport surprised the world by signing nine-time champion Valentino Rossi as their works driver for 2023. Just last month, Rossi showcased his skills by winning a race in the M4 GT3 at the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS (GTWC) in Misano.
When he isn’t weaving through races in BMWs, Rossi revels in promoting the M division’s array of road cars. Witnessing him navigate the XM on his private dirt track last July was a delight. Now, he regales us with yet another captivating spectacle – this time, it’s the M4 Competition Coupe. With utmost elation, he maneuvered this powerful machine through less-than-optimal conditions in Germany, conquering the famed Nürburgring.
Rossi recently took the wheel of an M4 Competition Coupe in Germany. Despite slippery conditions, he skillfully navigated the Nürburgring’s twists and turns. The video captured Rossi swapping seats with fellow BMW driver Maxime Martin, offering viewers a thrilling experience.
While spotlighting the current M4 lineup, BMW is also preparing for a 2024 Life Cycle Impulse. Anticipated updates include redesigned headlights, more power for the xDrive variant, and a limited-run CS special edition. This signals an exciting evolution for the M4 Competition Coupe.
