Performance Motors Limited (PML) has successfully concluded the PML BMW M Experience, an exclusive overseas getaway for BMW owners that culminated in an adrenaline-charged drive at the legendary Salzburgring in Salzburg, Austria. Held from 21–24 October 2025, the programme is part of PML’s ongoing commitment to deepen customer engagement through curated lifestyle experiences — from gastronomy and golf to scenic drive getaways.
“The PML BMW M Experience is a testament to our promise that once you become a BMW owner with Performance Motors, you enter an exclusive world of exceptional experiences beyond the sale,” said Mr Lawrence Tan, Managing Director, PML. “Whether it is a passion for the drive, a taste for exquisite cuisine, or a love for golf, we focus on meaningful engagements that reflect our customers’ lifestyle interests.”
Launched under the Performance Motorsports Circle, PML’s community-building initiative for motorsport enthusiasts, the trip brought together BMW M customers from PML and Auto Selection (Singapore’s only authorised certified pre-owned BMW dealership). Over four days, participants enjoyed a blend of innovation, culture, gastronomy, and pure driving exhilaration.
Highlights at a glance
- Track day at Salzburgring (4.2 km): Timed slalom runs, double lane changes, and controlled drifts/oversteer in the BMW M4 Competition — capped with a BMW M Race Track Training certificate for each participant.
- Munich immersion: Private guided tour of BMW Welt and the BMW Museum, deepening appreciation of 109 years of BMW heritage, and a warm welcome by Ms Ritu Chandy, Senior Vice President, and Mr Sebastian Ahlers, Regional Area Manager, BMW Group Asia Pacific, Middle East, Eastern Europe & Africa.
- First look at the Neue Klasse: Participants were among the first BMW owners from Singapore to see the fully electric new BMW iX3 — the first model in the revolutionary Neue Klasse, showcasing advances in electrification, digitalisation, and circularity, including the BMW Panoramic Vision.
- Culinary moments: Dining at iconic venues including Hofbräuhaus München, St. Peter Stiftskulinarium (believed to be Central Europe’s oldest restaurant), and the panoramic Hohensalzburg Fortress Restaurant overlooking Salzburg.

Looking ahead: Escape the City – Pahang Edition
PML will continue to fuel the driving passion of its customers. The next adventure, Escape the City: Pahang Edition, takes place 13–15 December 2025, offering a scenic road trip to a Malaysian gem famed for its durians. Past road trips have included Johor, Desaru, Penang, and Ipoh — with recent Desaru drives pairing the journey with golfing escapades, reinforcing PML’s dedication to lifestyle experiences that meet customers’ passion points.
