[Video] BMW M2 CS for the M Division’s Best Car

Known for its remarkable performance, acing its siblings in the M Division, the BMW M2 CS is outstanding as it is both on tracks and roads. Nico DeMattia from BMWBLOG states that he is lucky for spending a lot of time in the BMW M2 CS driving it in the real world. “So I have a good idea of what the M2 CS is all about, and I can say, without question, that it is the best driving M car in a very long time,” says DeMattia. Questions popped up with whether the M2 CS is the M Division’s best car DeMattia then immediately says yes. Cars.co.za releases a new video of the new BMW M2 CS with Ciro De Siena behind the wheels. “However, I also really enjoy seeing other enthusiasts drive it. It’s such great driver’s car, not because it’s perfectly tidy and clinical but because it’s raucous and alive in your hands,” DeMattia remarks. Moreover, Di Sienna states in the video that you should be awake when driving the M2 CS.

The BMW M2 CS is more composed, more enjoyable, and more predictable than the standard M2 Competition. BMW successfully managed the M2 CS, a much easier car to drive. It comes with more power under the hood with 444 horsepower, even greater than the standard competition model that makes 405 horsepower. Thanks to its hood and roof made of carbon fiber, it is now a bit lighter than its standard version. According to DeMattia, the M2 CS is the easier car to drive because it behaves more predictably. “It will still wag its tail like an excited Labrador. But when it does, it’s far easier to control than before,” says DeMattia. The M2 CS is also more comfortable and flexible with its adaptive suspension, way better than the M2 Competition. It seems that BMW worked incredibly hard on that.

That makes the BMW M2 CS, overall, the best M car on sale at the moment without a doubt. As it is also the best M car since the M 1 Series
