BMW introduced the Golden Thunder Special Edition model of the 8 Series back in June 2020. The automaker offers fascinating choices for future BMW customers looking for an 8 Series that would want to take the spotlight. The guys from Munich in BMW Today’s recent episode took a closer look at the process of the creation of this car. BMW Today highlights the details surrounding the 8 Series and configures it in this newly released video from BMW.

The BMW 8 Series Golden Thunder Edition is available in two exclusive body finishes – the Sapphire Black metallic and BMW Individual Frozen Black metallic. Its BMW Individual High Gloss Shadow Line also adds to its dark, classy look. It also comes in with added features and brake calipers for the M sports brake system. Its golden accent lines running along its front apron, side skirts, and into the rear apron make the 8 Series look truly impressive.

Moreover, some other features in Gold finish include the exterior mirror caps and the M rear spoiler. It also includes the 20-inch M light-alloy wheels in a double-spoke design. This Golden Thunder Edition of the BMW 8 Series comes standard when availing of the M sports package. Future owners can have the “Edition Golden Thunder” inscription on the front headrest in BMW Individual Merino black leather trim. Interior trim finishers also come in a fascinating Aluminum Mesh Effect Gold. Moreover, BMW showcases what can be done to cars from the BMW Individual catalog for future BMW owners.
