The BMW M550i xDrive is an interesting car. It has a de-tuned version of the twin-turbo 4.4L V8 used in the M-Cars. You also get AWD and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. It’s even capable of doing 0-60 in under four seconds and 165 mph (limited) right out of the box, quicker than the old M5.
